What exactly is a "rear-window ad"?
A custom vinyl decal kit applied to the driver's rear window. Each kit is sized to the specific vehicle and includes multiple pieces designed to work together — plus a legally required "Paid Advertisement" disclosure. Drivers self-install the kit when it arrives, and our team reviews an installation photo before your campaign goes live.
How do I know my ad is actually out there?
Drivers submit monthly odometer readings through their portal, giving you verified mileage data for your campaign. Before go-live, our team reviews and approves an installation photo. You can also check your campaign status anytime in your portal.
Can I target specific neighborhoods or routes?
Yes — you can specify target neighborhoods (e.g. Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, Conway) when submitting a campaign. We'll match you with a driver who covers that area.
What if I want to cancel?
Campaigns have a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in beyond the initial commitment.
When is payment due and how does it work?
When your campaign goes live, you're billed for your first monthly payment plus a one-time print & ship kit fee — $75 for 3-month campaigns, $55 for 6-month, and $40 for 12-month. The kit fee covers printing and shipping the vinyl graphic directly to your driver. After that, monthly payments are billed on the same date each month for the remainder of your campaign. We use Stripe for all payments — ACH and card are accepted.
I don't have a design — can you make one?
Yes. For a flat $50 design fee, our team will create your ad artwork and send you a proof for approval before anything is printed. If you have existing brand files or a print-ready design, you can submit those yourself at no extra cost — we'll send you the exact dimensions after your campaign is approved.
